Hello, I’m Victoria Prisco. Special Education Teacher · MA in Art Therapy · ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) · Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) · Project Management Professional (PMP)
About Victoria
I have spent nearly two decades in classrooms, IEP meetings, therapy rooms, and Minecraft worlds, working with neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults who needed someone to meet them where they actually are, not where the system expected them to be.
I started my career as a Special Education Teacher. I went on to earn my master’s degree in art therapy because I believed then, as I do now, that the most effective work happens when learning feels like something other than work. Over the years I have held certifications as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, not because I needed more letters after my name, but because these kids and families deserve someone who understands their neurology, not just their behavior.
I have worked with kids who were getting sent home every week. Kids who knew all the right answers in a one on one session and fell apart the moment they were back in a group. Kids whose parents had tried everything and were running out of hope. And I kept noticing the same gap, the skills were being taught in the wrong environment. Quiet rooms do not prepare kids for loud ones.
That is what led me to build the Minecraft Social Development Group. And later, Neurodivergent Skills Lab.
As a Project Management Professional, I bring a structured, data-informed lens to care. I focus on clear goals, intentional skill development, and measurable growth.
At the core of my work is a simple goal: helping neurodivergent’s better understand their brain, feel understood, build practical tools that are sustainable, and grow into more confident, connected versions of themselves.

my journey
Nearly two decades of experience across therapy, education, medicine, and advocacy.
2007
Building a Clinical Foundation
I began my clinical career at Nassau University Medical Center, working across inpatient psychiatric units for both children and adults, as well as the pediatric ICU, pediatric emergency room, and pediatric medical floors. I provided bedside therapy, group therapy, and individual therapy in fast-paced medical settings.
While working in this teaching hospital, I participated in psychiatric grand rounds and morning rounds, collaborating closely with resident psychiatrists. This experience gave me early exposure to how psychiatric medications are selected, dosed, and integrated alongside therapeutic care, shaping my holistic understanding of mental health treatment.
2009
Expanding Into Education and Neurodivergent Support
While continuing my work at the hospital, I took on a leadership role as a weekend program teacher supporting children on the autism spectrum. I led both younger and older classrooms, focusing on skill-building, behavioral support, and individualized learning approaches. This work deepened my commitment to blending therapy and education, and eventually led me to develop my own program.
2013
Advocacy and Systems-Level Work
My career expanded into community advocacy through work with the City of Philadelphia. I helped improve housing access for pregnant women and mothers experiencing displacement, partnered with homelessness services to provide direct outreach in Kensington, and collaborated with court systems to increase access to treatment and reduce incarceration through supportive care pathways.
2021
Private Practice and Innovation
After COVID, I shifted my primary focus to private practice, bringing together my background in therapy, education, and systems thinking. I began developing virtual therapeutic environments that allow neurodivergent individuals to learn in real time, build practical skills, and better understand how their brains work in everyday life.
